- What time is check-in and check-out?
- Check-in is from12.00 AM until 7.00 PM.
Check out is from 7.00 AM until 10.00 AM.
Our guests can freely leave their luggage at the front desk after check-out.
The Reception is open from 8pm to 19pm, if you arrive in a different time please let us know in advance, we'll find the best solutions.
- What if I need to check-in at a later time?
- Time limit for arrival is 7.00 p.m. even if provided with regular reservation. All exceptions must be expressly notified upon reservation.
- Can I pay using my Credit Card?
- Yes, we gladly accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners and CartaS�. No payment will be deducted at the time of reservation. The hotel reserves the right to verify the validity of the credit card through preauthorization.
- Cancellations and charges
- If you need to cancel your reservation, you can notify us 7 days prior to arrival and no fee will be charged. Late cancellation fee or "no show" is equal to the first nigh of the reservation.
- Does the hotel offer a parking garage?
- Yes, you can leave your car in the nearby Private Parking garage with valet service (from 26� to 32� euro a day).
- Does the hotel offer an Internet access?
- Yes, the apartments are covered by WI-FI Internet high speed connection and it is free.
- Does the hotel have an elevator?
- Yes, Palazzo Gamba is divided in 7 floors and provides a lift.
- Is it possible to rent a car?
- Yes, our staff will be glad to help you choosing the car that best suits your needs, contacting the major rental services.
- Is it possible to have the staff at Palazzo Gamba reserve tickets for museums and tours in Florence?
- Yes, our staff is at complete disposal to reserve your tickets for the most famous museums and tours of Florence.
- Do you have a pickup service from and to the airport?
- Palazzo Gamba can organize a private car with driver to pick you up to and from Florence airport (contact us directly to reserve this service).
- Can I bring animals with me?
- No, animals are not allowed in Palazzo Gamba.
